BingX EU's current vacancy | Full-time | Long-term | REMOTE

Responsibilities:

• As Managing Director, you will act as a senior representative of BingX EU, taking on a key leadership role in representing the organisation to clients and partners across the EU. You are expected to personally build and maintain senior-level relationships with our largest and most strategic clients and partners.

• Leverage your understanding of external opportunities, threats, and market conditions to generate insights that guide how BingX EU can adapt and grow across key EU markets.

• Draw on your experience managing business operations in the EU to play a central role in developing BingX EU’s business strategy, working closely with key stakeholders and acting as a strong advocate for the business.

• Collaborate with senior leaders across BingX EU to ensure organisational objectives and key results in the EU are aligned with the overall business strategy, and mobilise teams to deliver these outcomes effectively.

• Partner with the sales team to support overall net revenue growth and margin expansion for BingX EU across the region.

• Inspire and motivate teams across the EU by fostering a shared understanding of strategy, priorities, and objectives.

• Thrive in a collaborative management environment that leverages BingX’s strengths as a leading global crypto exchange, combined with your leadership role within the EU.

• Provide leadership across BingX EU business functions within a collaborative management framework.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration across BingX EU divisions to strengthen the franchise and deliver strong outcomes for clients.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above, preferably in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7+ years of proven management experience and demonstrated leadership capability within regulated financial institutions, particularly in payments, fintech, or crypto sectors.

• Familiarity with EU and Austrian regulatory environments, including the MiCA Regulation and MiFID II.

• Solid understanding of business and operational processes within financial institutions.

• Ability to operate effectively and adapt within a start-up or fast-growing environment.

• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and influencing skills.

• Based in Austria, with fluent German and English (both written and spoken).

As a plus:

• Strong interest in the crypto-asset and blockchain space.

• Experience interacting with Austrian regulators, including the Financial Market Authority (FMA) and the Austrian Financial Intelligence Unit (AT-FIU), is highly desirable.

• Successful completion of Fit & Proper Tests with EEA regulators (preferably with the FMA).

• Immediate availability is preferred.
