Responsibilities

  • Support the Brazil Country Manager in driving trading volume and user growth

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, UI, Marketing, Branding) to execute local initiatives effectively.

  • Act as the key liaison between HQ and local teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and key stakeholders.

  • Track Brazil market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • Based in Brazil long-term (São Paulo preferred), with 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Background in Finance, Web3, Fintech, E-commerce, Technology, or International Chinese companies preferred.

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

  • Demonstrates ambition, entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong commitment to career growth in Brazil.
