Responsibilities

• Asset Listing and Campaign Planning: Collaborate with the research and business teams to manage the listing of new assets and plan corresponding promotional activities
• Promotion Strategy: Work with project teams to develop and implement promotional plans, coordinating with various departments to enhance the market share of key assets
• Industry Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, capture asset-related hot topics, and quickly respond with strategic planning for listed assets
• Listing Campaign Operations: Oversee the operation, planning, and promotion of listing campaigns, and continuously optimize promotional strategies
• User Acquisition and Conversion: Track and optimize daily user acquisition data, ensuring that activities meet expected outcomes
• Activity Design and Execution: Design and execute various promotional activities, monitor their effectiveness, and adjust strategies based on feedback
• New Asset Support: Support the launch of new assets, maintain relationships with KOLs, and maximize the effectiveness of promotional efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in asset listing and campaign operations
• Strong communication and stress management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Detail-oriented and bilingual in English and Chinese
