Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow communities on South Asian’s social platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Groups).

  • Plan engagement activities to boost user retention and conversion.

  • Support advertising campaigns: provide channel recommendations and monitor postcampaign performance.

  • Assist local brand promotion: collaborate with South Asian KOCs/KOLs and execute culturally relevant campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in Internet, tech, finance, FMCG, or Web3 industries.

  • Familiar with South Asian’s regional cultures and user behavior.

  • Fluency in English or Chinese is required; proficiency in additional local languages is a plus.

  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to bridge cultural differences effectively.
