Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts, visuals, and layouts for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and product launches.

• Design engaging digital assets, including banners, infographics, short animations, and promotional materials.

• Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives.

• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs while continuously exploring fresh creative directions.

• Stay up to date with design trends, Web3 culture, and emerging tools to drive innovation in visual communication.

• Support UI/UX design requirements for landing pages, websites, or in-app visuals when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, creative content, or visual communication; experience within the crypto, fintech, or tech industry is a strong advantage.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, storytelling ability, and versatility across digital media.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or Figma.

• Solid understanding of Web3 culture, blockchain concepts, and online community aesthetics (memes, NFT art, etc.).

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Proficiency in using AI design tools is essential.
