Responsibilities 

• Capture industry hotspots and trends, browse cryptocurrency community and social media content as well as related websites, timely extract hot news, popular projects and other information, assist in copywriting, content optimization and translation of activities and advertisements, ensure that promotional materials are timely and in line with German user preferences.
• Optimize the product experience for German users, deeply experience the entire product process, propose optimization requirements and follow up (including but not limited to registration, identity authentication, deposit and withdrawal guidance and methods, etc.), ensure that the product meets the usage habits and preferences of German users.
• Conduct localization research, analyze market trends, industry events, local promotion strategies of competitors, and changes in relevant regulations through various methods such as internet search and user research, evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of local top competing exchanges, and provide suggestions for the operation and promotion strategies of our exchange.
• Explore local resources, explore local enterprises that can be cooperated with, collect background information to provide basic support for expanding traffic.

Requirements 

• Familiarity with local culture and market environment, basic understanding of Web3 and cryptocurrency fields, strong interest and deep user experience are preferred.
• Skilled in information search and organization, meticulous and rigorous, proactive, strong self-driven ability.
• Possess innovative thinking, able to produce independent perspectives and constructive strategies for research content.
• Possess good copywriting skills, able to assist in optimizing marketing and advertising content, ensuring clear and effective information transmission.
• Proficiency in both English and German.
• Available to work 3-5 days per week (remote), with flexibility to manage tasks efficiently.
