Responsibilities
- Develop content strategies based on brand positioning and annual communication objectives (including tone of voice, content propositions, key communication themes, etc.).
- Deliver content creative directions and content calendars, and guide implementation.
- Responsible for the creation or review of brand messaging, core narratives, and communication storylines (e.g., brand story, slogan, brand video scripts, website, brochures, etc.).
- Manage various content outputs (copywriting, design, video, etc.) to ensure consistency and quality.
- Participate in content planning for product launches, brand campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives.
- Provide creative content and scripting support, and coordinate content alignment across channels.
- Establish and maintain a repository of brand content assets (e.g., content templates, language guidelines, visual guidance, etc.).
- Oversee the evolution of brand storytelling and standardization of content.
- Regularly monitor industry and competitor content strategies, analyze content trends and user preferences, and optimize content approaches accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Branding, or related field.
- Experience in content strategy, brand communication, or creative roles.
- Experience on the brand side preferred; background in 4A or creative agencies is a plus.
- Familiarity with localized content strategies across multilingual or multicultural contexts.
- Excellent writing skills, with a talent for crafting brand stories, marketing copy, and creative scripts.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English is essential.
