Responsibilities 

• Conduct market research and analysis of the local P2P market, delivering timely insights on competitors, regulatory changes, and market trends.
• Develop and execute P2P business strategies to attract users, drive new user acquisition, and increase transaction volumes.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage high-quality P2P merchants to ensure sufficient liquidity and meet user trading demand.
• Plan and implement operational activities and marketing campaigns, including merchant acquisition, user activation, and retention initiatives.
• Build and manage local P2P user communities to strengthen engagement and retention.
• Coordinate with the customer service team to efficiently resolve P2P fraud cases and order disputes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Banking, Marketing, or Risk Management.
• Minimum 3 years of BD experience in financial services or cryptocurrency, with strong crypto knowledge and practical experience.
• Experience in P2P merchant business development; familiarity with local fiat channels is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, a high sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to take on challenges.
• Fluency in both Russian and English.
