The Global Brand Manager will lead and implement integrated marketing communications (IMC) strategies to strengthen brand visibility, support product branding, and align messaging with business goals. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-impact campaigns that enhance the brand’s reputation, increase engagement, and drive growth.
Responsibilities
1. IMC Strategy Development & Execution
- Lead the development and execution of the global Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) strategy to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, BD, PR, content, influencer, digital, and regional teams) to align messaging, creative, and marketing plans with global brand and business goals.
- Ensure that all marketing communications deliver a unified message, support global brand positioning, and drive key performance metrics, including brand awareness, user acquisition, and retention.
2. Brand and Product Campaigns
- Collaborate with product and business teams to create communication strategies that effectively promote new products and services, tailoring campaigns to resonate across multiple regions.
- Create innovative product launches, themed promotions, and co-branded events to enhance user engagement.
- Manage global brand campaigns, ensuring each one aligns with brand values and communicates a unified brand voice.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Plan, coordinate, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and other channels that support new product launches, brand announcements, and seasonal initiatives.
- Monitor campaign execution and performance in all key markets, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns that meet global standards.
- Develop a content calendar to align global and regional marketing efforts, ensuring timely communication across all touchpoints.
4. Brand Positioning and Consistency
- Safeguard brand identity and ensure consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints and regions.
- Develop and refine global brand positioning guidelines and content to maintain a strong, unified brand presence.
5. Performance Analysis and Data-Driven Insights
- Monitor performance and continuously optimize content and formats based on data and feedback.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of global market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscapes, identify user needs and market opportunities, driving innovation in communication approaches and marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in global brand management or integrated marketing communications, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong understanding of IMC strategies, digital marketing, content creation, and media planning with proven track record of successfully developing and executing global multi-channel campaigns.
- Ability to manage large-scale communication projects with multiple teams across regions and departments.
- Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for improved results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience working in cross-functional and global teams.
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into innovative marketing campaigns.
- Experience in a fintech, e-commerce, or crypto industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
