Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy
- Craft and localize brand messaging to align with local market needs, cultural nuances, and industry trends, driving brand relevance and loyalty.
- Ensure brand localization resources and strategies effectively support regional priorities.
2. PR & Communications
- Build and strengthen brand visibility and competitiveness across mainstream and crypto media.
- Manage regional PR initiatives to establish and maintain a strong, positive brand image.
- Collaborate with global and local teams on messaging consistency and spokesperson activities.
3. Brand Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns tailored to regional audiences.
- Drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through innovative, data-driven approaches.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI.
4. Glocalisation
- Localize and amplify global marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and events for regional relevance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging while reflecting local culture and insights.
- Strengthen regional brand impact through creative adaptation of global initiatives.
5. Social Media
- Lead or coordinate regional social media planning and content execution.
- Enhance audience engagement and strengthen the brand's community presence.
- Support social listening and performance tracking to refine content strategy.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with local BD and operations teams to align marketing priorities.
- Support key launches, events, and partnership initiatives within the region.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in PR, Branding or Marketing, preferably within the fintech, crypto, or Web3 industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of local audience, trends and market dynamics in the region.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with good collaborations, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- English as the working language and additional local language(s) preferred.
