Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full lifecycle management of VIP customers, developing and executing user growth strategies to enhance long-term customer value.
• Conduct customer demand analysis, build a tiered management system, and implement personalized service plans to improve customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with departments such as product, marketing, and customer service to establish a VIP-exclusive benefits system and optimize retention paths for high-value users.
• Lead VIP customer data analysis, use insights from user behavior to optimize operational strategies, and consolidate methodologies to drive execution.
• Oversee the annual VIP operation plan, organize large-scale customer events, and
  coordinate resources for execution

Requirements and skills 

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in Marketing, Business
  Administration, or E-commerce.
• Over 3 years of experience in key account operations or user operations.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English is essential
